Return, Refund & Service Policy

At Easy Gardens, we are committed to transparency and quality. Our policies are compliant with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, ensuring a fair experience for both the consumer and the provider.

1. Perishable & Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with consumer protection guidelines regarding “goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly,” the following items are Non-Returnable once delivery is accepted:

  • Living Species: All indoor/outdoor plants, trees, and shrubs.

  • Natural Turf: Natural grass/sod.

  • Bulk Materials: Sand, soil, mulch, or gravel that has been tipped or spread.

Quality Guarantee: To ensure your satisfaction, we provide actual photos/videos of your specific plants prior to dispatch. By accepting the delivery, the customer confirms the items meet the agreed-upon quality.

2. Returnable Items (Non-Perishables)

Factory-manufactured items (e.g., Irrigation Controllers, Pipes, and Artificial Grass) may be returned or exchanged within 7 days, provided:

  • They are in original, unopened packaging.

  • They have not been used, cut, or installed.

  • The original invoice is presented.

3. Refunds & Reversals

  • Method: Approved refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment.

  • Timeline: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the amount to reflect in your statement.

  • Exclusions: Delivery and installation labor charges are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

Installation & Service Terms (T&Cs)

By booking an installation service with Easy Gardens, the client agrees to the following:

A. Site Access & Preparation

The client must ensure the work site is accessible and clear of obstructions. If our team is unable to perform work due to restricted access (e.g., lack of security permits or site blockages), a re-mobilization fee may apply.

B. Underground Utilities

While our team takes the utmost care, Easy Gardens is not liable for damage to underground pipes, electrical cables, or irrigation lines that were not clearly marked by the client or documented in a provided site plan prior to excavation.

C. Plant Survival Post-Installation

Once plants are installed, their health depends on local environment and maintenance (watering/sunlight).

  • Easy Gardens provides a 48-hour health guarantee post-installation.

  • We are not responsible for plant death due to client neglect, extreme weather, or improper irrigation settings adjusted by the client.

D. Quotation Validity

All quotes for landscaping services are valid for 14 days. Prices for natural materials (grass/plants) are subject to seasonal availability.
